WILLIAMSBURG, Iowa (KCRG) – Joslyn Hawkins has been serving acai bowls, out of her foods truck company termed Bloom, for considerably less than a year.
“It comes with like a thick smoothie bowl, you major it with granola, and then you get to customise the major of it,” Hawkins explained, describing the food. “We truly noticed a need to have for wellness from the inside out in rural Iowa, so that is where by Bloom commenced.”
