VILLUPURAM: Around 50 farmers from northern districts participated in a two-working day exhibition on organic paddy seeds, and conventional foodstuff competition held in Villupuram on Saturday and Sunday. The fourth yr of this exhibition observed ryots imparting their knowledge on natural farming, battling climate change to young farmers.
The exhibition exhibited 460 kinds of classic seeds of paddy, pulses and medicinal herbs. Also, about 39 types of natural and organic seeds of vegetables have been up for sale, which include organic and natural seeds of tomatoes, girls finger and drumstick.
